Cabays Media –  The former Somalia’s militant Alshabab group and now Somalia’s Religious Affairs Minister, Mukhtaar Roobow explained why his former group fails to infiltrate & to carry out attacks in Rep. of Somaliland.

In a meeting where the Somalia minister and former Alshabab leader discussed with other Somalian Gov Gov officials in the ways they can fight back with the deadly group, he highlighted the differences between the people of Somaliland & Somalia when it comes cooperating with their respective authorities
