Some unconfirmed reports suggest that the delegation is going to Dubai to finalize the Berbera port transfer to Dubai World, a deal worth millions of Dollars in kickbacks and could make Berber port more competitive in the region, and also a move that is so controversial in Somaliland.

Any deal to transfer the Somaliland’s only main port could spark anger in Bebera and Somaliland if the deal is done without transparent, and without the approval of the Somaliland parliament. And it will be unconstitutional done deal.

Also sources closed to president Siilaanyo’s inner circle are saying president Siilaanyo will have an annual medical check up at Al Maktoum Hospital in Dubai where medical appointment was already arranged for prior his departure. Other sources also saying the president will have medical check ups in unknown Abu Dhabi private medical clinic.
